You mental health is important for you and all around you. Make sure to get out what you need. This means telling people how you feel and even telling them something they did that may have made you upset. Help understand where you are coming from and where they are coming from. If you cannot speak to someone, even writing it down will help you feel that you have let it out and given yourself a chance to better understand the situation.

Temples

Irregular sleep could be the issue, go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier. Be sure to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Drink more water and less carbonated drinks. Make sure you are getting at least 30 minutes of a work out in each day - outdoors is best. Thoroughly chew your foods before swallowing! Reduce refined sugar in your diet. Better hygiene of areas that may be touching your forehead often - hats, bangs, etc. Make sure your shampoo and conditioner is right for you and not being the sole cause of your break outs!
Eat less processed foods, junk foods, and unhealthy fatty foods. Eat more cooling foods such as melons, cucumbers, kiwi, etc. Make sure to clean your face daily, especially if you are wearing make up and sweating daily!!

Retain a relaxed exercise routine - don't overdo yourself. Get more sleep, drink less alcohol, and smoke less (or quit altogether please - auricular acupuncture is great for eliminating addictions!). Avoid heavy and rich foods such as butters and cheeses. Eating late at night? Try to avoid grabbing snacks too close to your bed time.
Eat less spices, meat, and salt. Try to eat warmer foods (not too hot or cold). Exercise everyday, even if going for a walk. Get fresh air daily. To get better circulation to this area, you can massage the area around your nose. Up your vitamin B intake.

Right Cheek

Try to stay more positive. Keep up with a regular daily routine. Eat more cooling foods, avoid overeating portions. Stay away from junk foods. Relax and let go of stress - yoga? The liver is strongest 1am to 3am and weakest 1pm to 5pm. Get better liver function - make sure you are sleeping from 1am to 3am and keep difficult and stressful work for the mornings to aid your liver function. Try to rest your eyes every 5 minutes of the hour, especially at work if your working with computers or paperwork. Disinfect your cell phone and telephone. They rest of these areas and are filled with bacteria. Change and wash your pillow cases frequently. Is your acne on the lower side of your cheek? Make sure your dental health is up to par and your getting your monthly or half year check ups!
Mostly similar to your left cheek. Avoid foods you feel you're sensitive to. Eat less junk (I mean it is always a good idea to stray away from the junk foods!). Eat less sugar and get more fresh air. Get aerobic exercise at appropriate times - the lungs are strongest 7am to 9am, get your work outs in then. Check laundry detergents and clean pillow cases/sheets regularly. Smaller portions will help speed up your metabolism as well as aid in an overall healthier digestion. You shouldn't eat until your so full you don't want to move! No bueno!!! Keep those portions controlled. The right amount per serving will help you remain healthy and shed off the weight you didn't know why you were gaining! Even if the meal is extremely healthy, over eating takes away that title! Remember, too much of anything is never a good option!!! Take it a notch down and try 1-4 smaller portions of food per day (preferably healthier foods) and just that, will do the trick!
