New Year New Deductible

Important Information for You to Know

Effective January 1, 2022

• Our acupuncture and massage rates will be increasing. All insurance will be verified for the new year and your new rate will be determined.

 

• Remember your Insurance Deductible will reset. You will then be responsible to this office for a higher payment at the time of service until your deductible is met.

 

• Once you have reached your deductible you will only be responsible for your copayment at the time of service.
