This Thanksgiving, our Amityville Acupuncture Athletics IRONMAN Tri Club showed up and showed out at the Massapequa Turkey Trot! Emily crushed her FIRST-EVER RACE—what a way to start! Coach Hurme placed 3rd in her age group, proving that hard work pays off. And despite the wind and rain, we ALL had a blast! At our Tri Club, we believe movement is medicine.
