Try not to hold on to things that aren't serving you well. Sometimes you already know it in your gut but you don't want to admit it & take that action to let go. It can be scary, but make your load lighter & life easier in the long run by trying to rule out what is doing you well & what is not. This will not only help you for the now, but it will help you in future events by being able to more easily distinguish what is helping you & what is not. Focus on what is good for you. It will change your life!
