Recently, Germany research discovered that Acupuncture had a significant effect in improving exercise tolerance in patients who suffer from Chronic Heart Failure. After ten sessions of Acupuncture with those getting needles placed in certain pressure points, versus the placebo group getting stuck with "needles" that did not break the skin, the real needles seemed to increased skeletal muscle strength. They also increased the distance patients could walk in a certain amount of time, helped them heal more quickly from exercise, and feel less exhaustion.
This may be a natural way in our future to aid patients of Chronic Heart Failure.
