What you'll need:
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (usually found in any supermarket) [1/4 cup]
Cheyenne Pepper [half a teaspoon]
Lemon [lemon juice or squeeze half a wedge]
Water [1/2 cup]
Combine these ingredients in water, warm the mixture on the stove, and drink like tea.
