Have you ever heard of dry brushing your skin before? If you haven't, keep reading and try it out today! It is simple, relaxing, and beneficial to our skin!
What you'll need: a Dry Brush (Can be found at usually any convenience store - definitely Walmart, Target, TjMaxx, Bed Bath and Beyond, or online! They start as cheap at $5.00 - but make sure to get a dry brush with all natural tip fibers that is NOT synthetic.)
What you'll do: Not too vigorously, but with just enough pressure, brush your skin towards the heart and in the direction of your blood flow. Starting from your feet is a great plan. Brush upward from the foot, to the calve, to the thigh, and so on in a circular motion. You can do straight lines with the circular as well. Do this all over the body, your arms, back, neck, chest, stomach, etc. When you are all done, take a refreshing shower and help rid the dead skin and re-hydrate!
