Maximize your insurance benefits & remaining flex account dollars

As a reminder if you have Acupuncture and Massage coverage, now is a good time to schedule an appointment to maximize your insurance benefits and to use your remaining flex account dollars. Our Holiday Season does book up quickly, so call or book online through our new Amityville Wellness app to schedule your appointment today.
 
Remember as of January 1, 2020 your yearly deductible will reset back to the full amount. This means you will begin a new deductible payment plan. Also, if you have a visit limit for the year, it will reset in January.
 
After you satisfy your deductible, some insurance companies will begin sending your provider’s payments to you and you will begin receiving checks. Please endorse and bring or mail these checks with the Explanation of Benefits to the office.
 
Everyone has a different deductible and copay, so if you have specific questions or concerns please contact the billing department at 631-691-0200. It is your responsibility to know your insurance plan benefits, so you can be proactive about your health.
 
If you use our Wellness Network to get your acupuncture benefits please be aware that the 2020 yearly fee (January – December) will be due at your first visit of the new year. This year the fee will be $33.00.
