Some situations we are unhappy about can be turned around for the better with a little change, but almost every situation we are currently unhappy about can be turned into a lighter, better situation to dawn upon if we try and find out reasons we may actually benefit from it.
This is a change to our attitude, the way we react to, feel about, or look at something / a situation!
Sometimes the reason we are stressed or can't see past a certain situation is because we aren't looking at it in the in the right light! Yes, everybody has their own opinions and attitudes, but every now and then we have to open our minds and free our solid thoughts to be viewed from a different angle.
​What do we mean?
If something cannot be changed to make us happy, then we must think: "how can WE change to make the situation a better one?" The answer is: By changing our point of view on it, our attitude. 
How??
You can start by asking yourself: How has this situation helped me? Have I learned something? Have I grown? Does this situation give me bigger opportunities now or in the long run?

When you start to realize the answer is yes to most or even all of these questions, you begin seeing from another side, another point of view!

Let this help you turn your anger, your stress, and you unhappiness into strength and wisdom!
