Smaller portions will help speed up your metabolism as well as aid in an overall healthier digestion. You shouldn't eat until your so full you don't want to move! No bueno!!! Keep those portions controlled. The right amount per serving will help you remain healthy and shed off the weight you didn't know why you were gaining! Even if the meal is extremely healthy, over eating takes away that title! Remember, too much of anything is never a good option!!! Take it a notch down and try 1-4 smaller portions of food per day (preferably healthier foods) and just that, will do the trick!
