This morning’s 4-mile run was a true test of grit! 🌬️💪 It was cold, dark, and the wind was fighting us every step of the way. But with a shot of espresso for motivation and Ranger boy leading the charge, we powered through.

On the way back, the sun broke through, the wind was finally at our backs, and the caffeine kicked in just in time for the home stretch. ☀️🐾 Ranger was thrilled to be running with Team Amityville Acupuncture Athletics again—and we couldn’t be happier to have him by our side.
